Information About the Photo Backdrops

• 100% made in France! The backdrops are designed and printed exclusively in France (in Haute-Savoie).
• The backdrops are printed on a very durable material that does not wrinkle and is tear-resistant. The backdrops are made of smooth vinyl, offering excellent color rendering and high-quality details.
• The backdrops are printed with eco-friendly inks to minimize environmental impact.
• They are water-resistant and can be cleaned with a sponge.
• The surface is matte, so it doesn't reflect much light in your photos. However, be cautious with darker backdrops as they may reflect a bit more.

After placing your order, a confirmation email will be sent. It includes the invoice and order summary, as well as a free user guide. Be sure to check your spam folder if you don't see this email immediately after your purchase. For any additional information, feel free to ask your question via the chat provided.

Order Process

As soon as an order is placed, you will receive an email with the summary information, an invoice, and a downloadable guide. Your order will be prepared the same day or the next if placed later. Printing is done to order to keep stock as low as possible for ecological reasons (to avoid unnecessary printing and waste).

Once the order is completed, you will receive an email stating "order completed," and the tracking number will be sent by email that evening or the next morning.

You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as the order is shipped. For Colissimo deliveries, the order arrives within 3 days; the option costs €7. Colissimo tracking is available on laposte.fr. Free delivery in France to a relay point in 6 days (J+6) is available for orders over €70. This option unlocks directly in the cart for orders over €70.

The package will arrive in a box approximately 80cm/10/10 to 105/10/10 (does not fit in the mailbox) with a cardboard tube. Your order is therefore well protected!

Shipping and Delivery

The backdrops are shipped within 1 to 2 days, depending on the processing time and the delivery option chosen. The backdrops are printed to order.

During order preparation, you will receive an email notifying you that the "order is completed," meaning it has been printed and will be packed the same day.

You will then receive the tracking number for your order the same day or the next morning, depending on when the carrier picks it up.

Delivery will then take place within 3 days with Colissimo or 6 days depending on your choice. J+6 delivery is free for all orders shipped within mainland France.

• France: J+6 (€7 in relay) / Free from €70 purchase, home delivery €10
• Réunion, Martinique, Guadeloupe: €30
• For parcels over 1m (120cm backdrops), there is an additional €8 fee (Colissimo surcharge) for the entire order.
  

Delivery times in Europe or internationnaly depend on the country (between 3/7 days) with Colissimo. Here are the most common countries :

• • Belgium: 3 to 4 days Colissimo
  • Spain, Portugal: 3 to 7 days
  • Italy: 3 to 4 days
  • Ireland: 3 to 5 days
  • Switzerland: J+6
  • USA / Canada: J+8

Returns and Exchanges

The withdrawal period is 14 days. Please send an email to contact@pastryandtravel.com with the subject "return" to obtain the return instructions. After receiving the backdrops, a refund will be issued directly to the account used for the order. Custom backdrops are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. The order's tracking number must be sent by email at the time of return shipment.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (Colissimo) in the original packaging or other if you no longer have it. Damaged backdrops will not be refunded.
