Shipping and Delivery

Backdrops are shipped within 1 to 2 days, the time needed to process your order and depending on the delivery option selected. All backdrops are printed on demand.
When your order enters production, you’ll receive an email notification marked “order completed”, meaning it has moved to the printing stage and will be packed the same day.
You will receive the tracking number the same day or the next morning, depending on when the carrier collects the parcel.

Delivery then takes 3 business days (Colissimo J+3) or 6 business days (J+6) depending on your choice.
J+6 delivery is free for all orders shipped within mainland France.

France

• J+6: €7 to a pickup point / Free from €70, €10 home delivery
• Backdrops over 1m (120 cm backdrops): flat €8.40 Colissimo oversize fee added to the order

French Overseas Territories (DOM)

• Réunion, Martinique, Guadeloupe: €30

Europe & International

Delivery times vary by country (3 to 7 business days) via Colissimo.
Here are the most common destinations:

• Belgium: 3 to 4 days
• Spain, Portugal: 3 to 7 days
• Italy: 3 to 4 days
• Ireland: 3 to 5 days
• Switzerland: J+6
• USA / Canada: J+8
