Return and Refund Policy

1.1. Right of Withdrawal for Physical Products

In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the physical product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision or incur penalties.

The Customer must notify their decision by sending an email to contact@pastryandtravel.com, with the subject “Return,” clearly expressing their intention to withdraw. The Seller will promptly send an acknowledgment of receipt along with the return instructions.

The Customer then has fourteen (14) days from the communication of their decision to return the product(s) at their own expense, in their original condition, unused, and complete (packaging, accessories, etc.). Only items returned in perfect resellable condition will be accepted. Damaged, incomplete, or soiled products will not be taken back or refunded.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised under the conditions stated above, the Seller will refund the Customer the full amount paid for the returned product(s), including the initial delivery costs (excluding return shipping costs), within fourteen (14) days following the notification of the withdrawal. The refund may be withheld until the Seller has received the returned products or until the Customer provides proof of shipment, whichever occurs first.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

1.2. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:
‱ goods made to the Customer’s specifications or clearly personalized (custom backdrops, mystery boxes).

1.3. Specific Case of Digital Content

This exclusion applies to: digital photographs, electronic gift cards, e-books, preset packs, or any other digital content supplied without a physical medium.

By purchasing such digital products, the Customer is expressly informed that by confirming payment, they agree to immediate execution of the contract and waive their right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article L.221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code.
